Laughter Yoga

Laughter is the best medicine!
When we laugh we truly connect with who we are.
The first sounds we uttered as a baby were our primary means of communication together with, for the majority of us, smiles (as young as 3 weeks old!) and laughter. Laughter makes everybody feel good. It brings us back to the “here and now”. It liberates us and produces a cascade of feel good hormones in the body.
Can you fake it? Oh yes, you can!!!
As a matter of fact this is the way a class starts, with gentle exercises which are based on breathing and connecting to laughter (real or fake). The scientific evidence that the brain cannot differentiate between what is real or fake is one of the basic principles of Laughter Yoga. “Fake it, fake it until you make it” is the motto.
Before no time you will experience real laughter for no reason.
